How many items(shirts, skirts, trousers) are ironed per one hour?

- We aim to be efficient and also keep up to high quality standards so we balance at approx. 10 shirts per hour. Of course, this depends on the fabric and the current state of the garment as well (e.g. over dried, too many creases).

How long does it take from collection to delivery of my ironing?

- Our maximum turnover time is 48 hours. Please note 24 hour delivery is not guaranteed.

When do we collect and deliver ironing?

- We’re collecting and delivering every day between 6pm and 10 pm. We have a little break on Saturday evening.

Which areas do we cover?

- We cover South East London, view our Covered Areas for more information. If we don't cover your area, we can still give you a reasonable quote.

How much will my ironing cost and how do I pay?

- Please see our Services and Prices Section for pricing schemes and choose which one is better for you. You pay when we deliver your ironing in cash or cheque.

What happens if I am not in when my ironing is collected or delivered?

- We will come back again to you but we do have to ask from you a small charge of ?2 each way for the additional trips made.

How should I pack up my ironing ready for collection?

- Put everything neatly in a big bag and that’s all. Include hangers for items that will need them. If you don't have enough hangers, we'll give you some for free. Put in a not with your name on it as well.

Are you insured?

- We carry full public liability insurance.

What is your minimum order?

- We operate with 2 hours(when paying per hour) or ?20(per order when using itemised scheme) minimum order.
